Production Area
Comune di Mezzane di Sotto – Località Monti Garbi (Verona).

Terroir
White soils with a dominance of limestone skeletons in sand and silt

Grapes
Corvina e Corvinone 70% – Rondinella 20% – Croatina 5% – Oseleta 5%.

Vinification
Grapes are harvested by hand, including double sorting and collected in trays,  they are left to wither for 3 months followed by free run must without pressing in December following the harvest.  Natural alcoholic fermentation with hand punching down for 30 – 40 days in wooden barrels.  Natural malolactic fermentation in 500 L barrels with batonnage once a week for the first year.

36 months in new French oak barrels

Impenetrable ruby red with purple reflections
