Vinification
Manual harvesting in crates followed by double sorting first by bunch then the grapes themselves. Passed on to a chilled refrigerated romm for treading and maceration on the skin is carried out for 35 days. Malolactic fermentation id carried out in vats for a period of 3 months with regular stirring.
Aging
In French oak for 10 months.

Aromas of blackberry, grilled sweet pepper and vanilla
Taste:
A full bodied, dry wine with medium tannins. Forest fruit and plum hints on the palette with an elegant and long lasting finish
