Complex soils containing marine and alluvial deposits
Grapes are harvested at full ripening by hand during the last week of September to first week of October. 70% of the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Only manual submersions of the cap of the wine are carried out and open pumping procedures are carried out if necessary. The perfect maturation of the grape and the grape seed enables the winemaker to extend the maximum length of maceration, that can even last for months.

An elegant, rich and complex wine, with aromas of wild berries, dried roses and violets, noble woods, balsamic herbs, wild and sweet spices
Intriguing, intense, and bold with good structure and lots of dark red fruit on the palate. Although it has firm tannins and pleasant acidity yet it is well balanced, fresh and very persistent on the finish which ticks all the boxes to make this an extraordinary wine.
