Vinification
By machine with sorting prior to vatting followed by maceration for a period of 10 to 20 days at temperatures ranging between 28 – 32 °C after which must is transferred to oak barrels for maturation. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling

In oak barrels for 6 to 8 months

A savory, full bodied wine of red and black fruit, bell pepper-like flavors, medium to high acidity
