Clay, limestone soils
Grapes are hand picked and placed in crates followed by soft pressing. Horizontal fermentation takes place for about 4 days for finesse and then at a temperature of 28 ºC and refining lasts for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months
Intense aroma with scents of raspberry and strawberry jam
A very well balanced wine with great acidity, soft tannins and ripe red fruit flavours on the palate
Excellent accompaniment with red meats and seasoned cheeses
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
