Vinification
Grapes are picked and stems are removed followed by a soft pressing. Maceration for 10 days at 25°C. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maturation in epoxy resin lined cement tanks
Aging
A few months in cement tanks until bottling

Oak, chocolate and leather on the nose with well defined notes of blackberry and plum
Taste:
Excellent balance of concentrated dark fruit with well defined tannins and good acidity. Elegant and stylish with a persistent fruit forward finish

Food recommendations pasta with strong sauces, red meats and matured cheeses
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol.
