Vinification
Grapes are picked and stems are removed followed by a soft pressing. Maceration for 10 days at 25°C. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maturation in epoxy resin lined cement tanks
Aging
A few months in cement tanks until bottling
Colour:
Intense ruby red with garnet highlights
Bouquet:
A fine bouquet of ripe red fruit and spice
Taste:
Bold yet velvety with refined tannins and a well balanced dark fruit finish
Food pairing:
Recommended with boiled meats, roasted and strong dishes, extremely good with game
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol.

18 °C.
