Vinification
Grapes are picked by hand at the end of August/beginning of September followed by a soft pressing. Fermentation in Stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C, followed by racking and an evolution period until bottling.

Pale straw yellow with green reflections

Pronounced aromas of almonds, grapefruit and grass
Taste:
A well structured, rich, elegant and complex wine having pronounced flavours of grapefruit and almonds

Starters in general, salamis and herby omlettes
Alcohol: 13% Vol.
