Vinification
Machine harvesting in the early hours to limit oxidization of the grapes. Maceration lasting 8 to 12 hours to obtain the colour of the wine from the Sauvignon Gris grapes followed by vinification at controlled temperatures for the development of natural aromas of the grapes.
Aging
Aging on fine lees so as to keep the wine safe from oxygen during its development. Bottling process is effected early so to retain the freshness of the wine

The bewitching nose with intense aromas of delicate jasmine, juniper berries, lemons and peaches
Taste:
Intense aromatic notes dominated by pink grapefruit, accompanied by redcurrant, pear and citrus. Grapefruit notes on the palate with a persistent finish and subtle mineral hints.

Hors d’oeuvres, grilled fish dishes, game, vegetarian and young, soft cheeses.
