Vinification
Grapes are picked and de-stemmed followed by a soft pressing. Maceration for 8-10 days at 25°C.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Aging
Maturation in 30 Hl oak barrels and refinement in epoxy resin lined cement tanks

A bursting bouquet of spice, leather and dark forest fruits
Taste:
Bold, tight and concentrated. Layered tannins and balanced acidity with evident dark berry fruit and plums on the palate

Pasta with particularly rich sauces, red meat, game and mature cheeses
Alcohol: 14.5% Vol.
