Terroir

Alluvial, average mixture with areas of limestone

Grapes
50% Malvasia Bianca, 50% Chardonnay

Vinification

Grapes are picked and put in boxes, are softly passed through a crusher and de-stemmer. Fermentation, evolution and batonnage occurs in French barriques and refinement in bottle.

Aging

Maturation in French barriques and refined in bottle.
