Vinification

Harvesting of the grapes followed by a soft pressing using long charmat method for the production of bubbles.  The wine in bottled 30 days before sale

Light pink, fine and persistent perlage

Bouquet:

Delicate and elegant, with fragrant notes of wild berries, citrus fruit, dry rose, and mature apricot

Taste:

Good structure with a great harmony between acidity and sugar; savoury, dry, velvety with scents of wild berries. Pleasant aftertaste.

Food pairing:

Perfect as aperitif, light starters and sea food.

Alcohol:  11% Vol.

Serving Temperature:

10 °C.
