Vinification
Handpicking into shallow crates of 25 kg at the peak of aromatic intensity, judged by regular tasting of the grapes. Destemming and gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. Vinification is carried out with regular stirring.

Ageing in French oak for a period of ten months

Light golden with green reflections
Bouquet:
A complex nose with hints of citrus, lemon and grapefruit.
Taste:
On the palate the wine is fresh with well balanced acidity. The finish is long and elegant, with notes of toast, hazelnut and vanilla.
Food pairing:
Hors d’oeuvres, light pasta dishes, lean fish dishes, poultry, vegetarian dishes and young, soft cheeses.
Alcohol: 12.5% Vol.
