Vinification 

Handpicking into shallow crates of 25 kg at the peak of aromatic intensity, judged by regular tasting of the grapes. Destemming and gentle pressing in a pneumatic press.  Vinification is carried out with regular stirring.

Aging

Ageing in French oak for a period of ten months

Light golden with green reflections

Bouquet:

A complex nose with hints of citrus, lemon and grapefruit.

Taste:

Food pairing:

Hors d’oeuvres, light pasta dishes, lean fish dishes, poultry, vegetarian dishes and young, soft cheeses.
