Grapes are picked and softly passed through a crusher and de-stemmer. Fermentation in Stainless steel tanks and refinement in epoxy resin-lined cement tanks.

Stone fruit, white peach and apple aromas
Taste:
A good mix of tangerine zest, apricot and ginger aroma flavours. Crisp acidity, mineral texture and a long persistent aftertaste.
