Vinification

PEZAT is night picked, followed by little skin contact to emphasize the underlying fruit.  Soft pressing and lees suspension ensure that the wine is full of zest, fresh and bright

Aging

Maturation in stainless steel tanks for a few months

Bouquet:

Intense, the nose is dominated by red fruits with hints of mixed flowers.  Light bodied and has a pleasing creamy finish.

Taste:

Floral, crisp and fruity,  red fruits are evident as well as bright acidity. It is totally ready to drink

Food pairing:

Excellent accompaniment with appetizers, fish and light pasta dishes

Alcohol:  13% Vol.

10 °C.
