Vinification
Grapes are picked by hand in crates followed by maceration of destemmed grapes at a temperature of 24-26 °C de-vatting with soft pressing of the pomace followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by racking and an evolution period until bottling.

Intense ruby red with purple reflections
Bouquet:
Characteristic bouquet of raspberries and black cherries with fruity overtones.
Taste:
A great nose-palate symmetry, full bodied and well structured with soft tannins. Notes of plums, currants and tobacco

Excellent accompaniment with red meats such as wild boar and aged cheeses
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol.
