Vinification
Grapes are picked by hand at the end of August/beginning of September followed by a soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C, followed by racking and an evolution period until bottling.

Bouquet:
Intense and fruity bouquet with hints of white flowers and apples
Taste:
A well structured, elegant, white wine with rich and intense citrus flavours, good minerality and excellent acidity

Light appetizers, fish, canapes, cured ham and white meats
Alcohol: 12.5% Vol.

8 °C.
