Vinification
Grapes are picked and de-stemmed followed by a soft pressing. Maceration for 8-10 days at 25 – 28°C.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Aging
Maturation in 30 Hl oak barrels and refinement in epoxy resin lined cement tanks

Deep ruby red
Bouquet:
Developed aromas of red fruits, prunes and cedar.
Taste:
Well structured with flavours of red berries, sweet spices and earth. Fine tannins and dry acidity with great length and texture.
Food pairing:
Excellent accompaniment to pasta with particularly rich sauces, red meat, game and mature cheeses
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
Serving Temperature:
18 °C.

up to 10 years
