Handpicked with the utmost care followed by maceration on the skins and the must is then shocked in preparation for alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks
Aging
Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats for around 3 months

Bright and clear. Intense, fresh nose with notes of cut hay and fruits
Taste:
Zesty and fresh with notes of tropical fruit and lychees finishing off with a long lingering aftertaste .
