Vinification
Ripe grapes are picked and stocked in cases. After an over-ripening period of about 3-4 weeks, the stems are
removed and the berries softly pressed. The fermentation of the grapes stops before exhausting the natural sugars of the must.
Aging
Maturation in stainless steel tanks and evolution in epoxy resin-lined cement tanks

A bright yellow golden colour
Bouquet:
Intense aromas of sweet fruits with notes of candied fruits
Taste:
A well structured white wine which is fragrant, warm and velvety with a pleasant sweet finish
Food pairing:
Great accompaniment with blue or spicy cheeses. Excellent with traditional Salento desserts made from almond paste and jam.
Alcohol: 11.5% Vol.
