Well balanced with medium acidity and freshness. Evident notes of fresh green apple and pears on the palate with a long lasting elegant finish

Vouvray shines as one of the great seafood wines (in particular shellfish) and with simple grilled fish, vegetarian and poultry dishes and is an ideal match with mild, soft cheeses
