Vinification
Hulling of the bunches with light maceration at 7 °C – 8 °C for 24 hours. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at controlled temperatures of 23 °C – 24 °C in stainless steel tanks. Batonnage present once a week until bottling

Ruby red with purple reflections
Bouquet:
Floral with accents of red roses and violets. Scents of red fruits of cherries and plums with hints of blackberries and raspberries
Taste:
The palate conjures flavours of red fruits, blackberries and vanilla. Very well balanced with soft tannins and long harmonious finish.
Food pairing:
First courses such as risottos, gnocchi and pasta with meat based sauces. All kinds of red meats, roasted or stewed and aged cheeses
Alcohol: 13% Vol.
Serving Temperature:
14 °C – 16 °C.
Aging Potential:
3-4 years.
