By purchasing our products you are bound by the following terms and conditions. We recommend you read these terms of service carefully prior to using this website.

These terms and conditions apply to all users of this site. We may from time to time change or update the terms and conditions of this site and it is at your discretion that you check this page for any updates prior to the purchasing of products.

Should any changes occur, your use or access of this website will result in the acceptance of these changes. Upon accessing and using this website you agree that you are at least 17 years of age. It is strictly prohibited to purchase alcoholic products under this age.

We reserve the right to refuse service from our end to anyone for any reason and at any given time. We may from time to time change the prices of our products due to price changes set by our suppliers or due to additional freight costs. This can be carried out without prior notice. Images of our products may vary according to the client’s computer, laptop or mobile screen. We cannot guarantee that the colours of the labels on the bottles will be accurate. Labels may also change occasionally from one vintage to another.


Payment on purchases may be made in cash or cheque upon delivery or via our online payment. Once payment is received we shall effect delivery within 48 hours.
Returns are only accepted and a refund is only provided if there is a justifiable and valid reason for the return of the products. Returns of white wines and sparkling wines that have been previously chilled will not be accepted.

Any orders under €50 will incur a €5 delivery charge. Once an order is placed it is important that we are provided with a valid contact number, address and approximate time when the products can be delivered. Any data provided will be processed in accordance with Maltese and EU laws.
