Terroir
Sandy and silty with white limestone

Grapes
Corvina e Corvinone 70% – Rondinella 20% – Croatina 5% – Oseleta 5%

Vinification
Grapes are harvested by hand, including double sorting and collected in trays,  they are left to wither for 3 months followed by soft air pressing in December following the harvest.  Fermentation takes place  at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts for 25 days in steel tanks.  Natural malolactic fermentation in 500 L barrels with batonnage once a week for the first year.

24 months in 500L French oak barrels
