Vinification
Grapes are picked by hand at the end of August followed by maceration of crushed grapes at a temperature of 8% for 18 hours followed by soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C, followed by racking and an evolution period on the lees until bottling.

Spicy nose with hints of raspberry, blueberry and flint
Taste:
Soft and harmonious accentuating red fruit and blueberry with a spicy note finish
