Vinification
Harvesting from mid September to October. The grapes are destemmed and placed in small stainless steel fermenting tanks. The maceration on skins lasts for approximately 20 days followed by devatting and aging of the wine in stainless steel tanks.

The richness and smoothness of this wine, blend to offer an intense, lively taste, together with a juicy, supple mouthfeel.

Recommended with first courses with a meaty base, braised meats, wild game, herbal and seasoned cheeses.
