Vinification
Grapes are hand picked mid-October in the early morning or late afternoon and placed in small cases which are put in cold storage before being transported to the cellar. Vinification takes place in small temperature controlled stainless steel fermenting tanks where the maceration on skins lasts for approximately 28 days after which must is transferred to barriques
Aging
Aging takes place in new barriques for 18 months

Bright ruby red with slight hues of garnet
Bouquet:
Intense, complex bouquet with scents of ripe plums and cherries, leading to extraordinarily, fascinating spiced and floral nuances.
Taste:
Great character and essence. Velvety pulp, strong texture with perfectly balanced tannins, fruit and spices. A warm, lingering, full-bodied and harmonious mouthful
Food pairing:
Recommended with lasagna, first courses with tomato sauce, braised meats, wild game, herbal and seasoned cheeses.
Alcohol: 14.5% Vol.
Serving Temperature:
18 °C.
Aging Potential:
10 years.
