Vinification
Grapes are hand picked by hand in crates followed by soft pressing. Horizontal fermentation for about 4 days for finesse and then at a temperature of 28 ºC and refining lasts for 12 months in oak barrels.

Maturation in oak barrels for 12 months

Dark Ruby red with garnet reflections
Bouquet:
Intense aroma with scents of forest fruit and liquorice
Taste:
Evident notes of red fruit, raspberry and plums. Medium tannins and lively acidity with a pleasant long lingering aftertaste
Food pairing:
Excellent accompaniment with red meats such as wild boar and aged cheeses
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
Serving Temperature:
18 °C.
