Vinification
Machine harvesting early hours of the morning to avoid oxidation phenomena, followed by skin maceration for 8 to 12 hours and cold stalling at 8/10 °C for a few days. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature with selected yeast to reveal all the typicity of Sauvignon Blanc.
Aging
Ageing on fine lees for several months before blending. The wine is preserved in the absence of oxygen throughout its life elaboration.

Pale yellow with green reflections
Bouquet:
Intense aromas of citrus and lime are revealed at first nose, followed by fresh notes of boxwood and mint mixed with mango
Taste:
On the palate the wine is well balanced, light bodied and dry. This is an very fresh, elegant Sauvignon Blanc with a nice balance on citrus fruits and acidity
Food pairing:
Hors d’oevures, grilled fish dishes, game, vegetarian and young, soft cheeses.
Alcohol: 13 % Vol.
