Vinification
Manual harvesting in March followed by soft pressing and short maceration with the skin for bitterness after which it is stored in stainless steel vats.

Short until wine is ready for bottling

Pale straw yellow with green reflections
Bouquet:
Fresh and citrusy with notes of peaches and melons.
Taste:
Fresh on the palate, with flavors of white flowers and Mediterranean fruits such as peaches. Well-balanced acidity, very pleasant in mouth with a persistent floral finish.

Hors d’oeuvres, fried foods, fish, spicy and vegetarian food.
