Vinification 

Hand picked and grapes are sorted during the harvest;  worked by gravity to respect the natural flow of the juice within vinification process. A light pressing is done to preserve the integrity of the fruit.

Bouquet:

Pronounced aromas of peach, passion fruit and tangerine

Taste:

Fresh and bright with elevated acidity and a lingering salty, mineral, citrus aftertaste

Food pairing:

Excellent with appetizers, fish dishes, pork, poultry, spicy food and goat’s cheese

Alcohol:  13% Vol.

Serving Temperature:

10 °C.
