Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and hand picked at the end of October in the early morning or late afternoon and placed in small cases. Soft pressing and transferred to stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature until the end of February.
Aging
Aging takes place at a temperature of approximately 10°C so as to maintain the aromatic patrimony intact

Bright straw yellow with strong golden hues.
Bouquet:
Elegant, intense scents of white flowers and fruit.
Taste:
Great structure and delightful richness of flavor. Captivating, penetrating with a persistent finish.
Food pairing:
Recommended with fish dishes, salamis, rice game and cheeses, pasta sauces with white meat.
Alcohol: 13% Vol.
Serving Temperature:
6 – 8 °C.
Aging Potential:
5 years.
